My name is Duranka and this is my little corner of the Internet.

Who am I?

I am a neurosurgical resident working in the UK. Following completing my medical degree at King’s College London, I’ve since completed a Masters of Research in Advanced Neuroimaging at University College London, a PGCert in Medical Education at the University of Manchester and my Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (England).

Current Projects

1. On my Instagram page, I post poetry on any given subject I’m passionate about, be it medicine or nature, politics or love.

2. I have had short-fiction published in anthologies and in online magazines.

3. I post wildlife photos whenever I see and capture anything interesting.

4. On this website, I write about my day-to-day as a doctor, random reflections on life and how to maximise one’s output based on their interests.
